- Created on 12 February 2014
The social-economical situation of the young people from the Republic of Moldova can be improved only through joint efforts. This is the conclusion of the 27 organizations, whose representatives have participated at a workshop conducted at the end of January in Chisinau. The event is a part of the "Decent Work for young people - Improving the social-economic situation of the young people in Moldova by empowering the youth and the civil society" project.
All the people present at the workshop have become members of the Network of Organizations for promoting the social-economical rights of the youth, having the objective to create and implement the Social-Economical Agenda of the young people from the Republic of Moldova.
Therefore, within the discussions, the participants have identified the problems of the youth when getting employed and work. Subsequently, they will meet in order to propose concrete solutions for solving the identified problems.
As a next step, the Social-Economical Agenda of the young people from the Republic of Moldova will be implemented, in order for it to become a viable tool for supporting and helping the youth from the Republic of Moldova
Angela Ciocirlan, President of the ”Faclia” Public Association for Children and Youth, national coordinator of the project: "In order to implement the agenda, several national and international partners will be involved.
