Train the trainers program: "Career guidance for youth"
The program is addressed to class masters, Civic Education teachers, school psychologists, leaders of interests clubs, representatives of organizations working with children and adolescents.
The program's objective is to make the participants capable of:
- Using didactic strategies in order to facilitate the pupils self-knowledge and developing the trust in themselves and their self esteem;
- Apply methods and techniques for identifying the type of activity/profession/studies, according to their needs, interests and skills of the youngsters;
- Plan and promote career guiding activities for pupils of different ages;
- Inform the youth about different strategies for work or study searching;
- Explain the legal frame regarding the labor market, the rights and responsibilities of the employees and employers.

Training program: "Career guiding for youth"
The program is addressed to youngsters from the 9th and 12th grades and it consists of 9 complementary and inter-dependent modules: the labor market and the place of today's graduate, self-knowledge, communication and decision making, the world of trades, searching for studies/work place, planning the career, personal marketing, the rights of the employees and the employers.
Thus, within the training sessions, the participants are offered support for:
- Self-knowledge and development of self trust and self esteem;
- Identifying their needs, interests, values and personal skills which will facilitate their future career;
- Identify with the help of different methods (test) the type of activity/profession/studies according to the needs and interests the participants have;
- Use different strategies for studies or job searching;
- Know the legal frame regarding employment, rights and responsibilities of the employees and employers.
