The profile of young people in Moldova - the objective of the first meetings with decision makers

Who are the young people from Moldova? Do they have they access to the right education? What are their interests and aspirations for the future? What are the professions that they usually choose? How easy can they find a job? Who represents their interests? Are they discriminated or not?

By answering these questions, we want to formulate "the profile of Moldovan youth." Because any action has more chances to be effective when it is focused on real needs.

Thus we dedicated the month of January of 2013 to meetings with decision makers from the 4 pilot regions of the project, which are directly involved and affected by everything that implies the concept of decent work.

The results will be used to define the relevant social-economic actors and civil society organizations which could be addressed to help the project in promoting the rights of young people by creating the Project Advisory Committees (PAC’s) in Ungheni, Calarasi, Causeni and Falesti.
