The Job Finding Clubs will be coordinated by 20 facilitators (psychologists, civic education teachers, youth workers) trained within the project.

An important role in the project play the awareness raising campaigns targeting young people on promoting the skills needed on the labour market, and informing the potential employers on the benefits they can bring to the young companies. By the end of 2016, a mobile team of volunteers aims to raise awareness of about 15000 young people and employers through informational materials, educational theatre, and various public presentations.
The project "Socio-economic empowerment of youth" will help achieve the objectives of the Social and Economic Agenda for YOUth developed by ROST - the Network of Organizations encouraging the promotion and observance of the socio-economic rights of young people in Moldova. The Social and Economic Agenda for YOUth is a position paper on intensifying the mobilization processes related to social and economic stakeholders (ministries, trade unions, public authorities, employers, institutions specializing in education and employment) for their involvement in securing the rights and socio-economic guarantees of young people and solving current problems the youth are facing.
